ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNAL CONTROL STANDARD 407 WITHIN THE JIPIJAPA GENERAL HOSPITAL

Abstract

The research work refers to the analysis of the Internal Control Standards 407 within the Jipijapa General Hospital, whose main objective is to determine the applicability of the internal control standard 407 in the Jipijapa hospital in the areas that are considered important and essential within of the processes that are carried out. On the other hand, this research has a mixed approach, that is, qualitative-quantitative, since 192 people who make up the human talent of the entity were considered, who underwent a survey to find out how activities are carried out within the institution as well as the applicability of rule 407 in the development of its functions; In addition, this survey was used as a research technique, within the quantitative method that allowed obtaining statistical data for analysis. After this, the results, conclusions and discussion were recorded, highlighting that the highest percentage of human talent considers that it is important to carry out analysis according to Internal Control Standard 407, as well as evaluate the necessary requirements to comply with what is established by said standard. In addition, a risk analysis, taking measures to minimize them and monitoring them so that they are implemented in the correct way within the human talent management process in the hospital.
