GOBERNANZA DE LA SALUD PÚBLICA COMO ESTRATEGIA PARA GARANTIZAR EL ACCESO A LOS SERVICIOS DE PEDIATRÍA DEL HOSPITAL RAFAEL RODRÍGUEZ ZAMBRANO DE LA CIUDAD DE MANTA

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo identificar los componentes que integran un modelo de gobernanza de la salud pública que permita garantizar el acceso a los servicios de pediatría en el Hospital Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano de la ciudad de Manta. En particular, se busca reflexionar sobre el modelo de gobernanza de salud pública del Ecuador, tomando como unidad de estudio los servicios de pediatría del mencionado hospital. Entre los objetivos específicos se encuentran 1. Identificar los componentes de la gobernanza de salud pública del Ecuador. 2. Comprender el modelo de gobernanza de la salud pública del Ecuador que permite garantizar el acceso a los servicios de pediatría en el Hospital Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano de la ciudad de Manta. Mediante el análisis de estos aspectos, se pretende ofrecer una perspectiva integral que permita abordar los desafíos actuales y proponer estrategias efectivas para mejorar la gobernanza en salud pública, asegurando así un acceso equitativo y de calidad a los servicios pediátricos en el Hospital Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano.

Abstract
The objective of this article is to identify the components that make up a public health governance model that allows guaranteeing access to pediatric services at the Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano Hospital in the city of Manta. In particular, it seeks to reflect on the public health governance model of Ecuador, taking the pediatric services of the aforementioned hospital as a study unit. Among the specific objectives are 1. Identify the components of public health governance in Ecuador. 2. Understand the public health governance model of Ecuador that allows guaranteeing access to pediatric services at the Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano Hospital in the city of Manta. By analyzing these aspects, the aim is to offer a comprehensive perspective that allows us to address current challenges and propose effective strategies to improve public health governance, thus ensuring equitable and quality access to pediatric services at the Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano Hospital.
