Abstract

The main objective of this article is to analyze the budgetary control and public management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Pedro Pablo Gómez Rural Parish. The aspects of public management that affect the budgetary control of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Pedro Pablo Gómez Rural Parish will be analyzed, allowing the efficiency, accountability and transparency of the Pedro Pablo Gómez Rural Parish to be evaluated, in order to identify limitations that influence the financial management of the Pedro Pablo Gómez rural parish Decentralized Autonomous Government. The present study has a mixed approach, allowing the use of both qualitative and quantitative tools. The methods used were: The inductive method, deductive method, analytical-synthetic method, bibliographic method and documentary analysis, while the techniques applied were: interview, surveys and a Checklist. The population is made up of a total of 14 officials. In its results, it highlights that the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Pedro Pablo Gómez Rural Parish has a prudent fiscal policy that adjusts its expenditures to the level of income it has, in this sense the quality of expenditure and the sustainability of income must be analyzed, in order to have a responsible management of the budget. Concluding that there is a positive perception, but there are difficulties and uncertainties that affect the efficiency of execution, communication and public management, since it directly affects the fulfillment of goals.
