This article analyzes the impact of ergonomic solutions in preventing visual fatigue and occupational health problems caused by prolonged screen use among GAD Morona employees. Through a methodological framework combining descriptive, bibliographic, and phenomenological legal analysis, current working conditions and the effectiveness of implemented strategies are assessed to improve workplace well-being. Results show that ergonomic measures not only reduce symptoms associated with visual fatigue but also increase productivity and align with sustainability and labor justice principles.
