OPEN GOVERNMENT STRATEGIES TO FACILITATE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The main objective of the research is to identify the open government strategies that allow digital transformation in public administration, in which the researchers based their research on the qualitative approach, having as a strategy the documentary and bibliographic review, allowing the development of a triangulation of the information collected (theoretical saturation) against the criteria of the exponents of these ideas, thanks to the experience and knowledge on the subject. Among the results obtained, it is shown which are the most appropriate strategies of open government for the digital transformation to have viability within the public administration. The conclusions are diverse, however, highlights the fact that the State must be in constant monitoring of technological trends that can contribute to public management, and that part of the process is to recognize the new needs of society as a result of these changes that are generated for a more efficient public administration and constant search for citizen trust and administrative transparency that consolidates public value as a reference.
