At a global level, the scientific processes of strategic management include various opportunities in the business world of public and private institutions, acquiring unmatched new knowledge in administrative, economic and financial processes. The cooperative evaluates the economic environment and the credit needs of its members. This involves studying the demand for loans, market conditions and the financial characteristics of the members. Given this background, it is important to mention that the general objective is to “Determine how the strategic management of credit processes influences the cooperative. Puellaro savings and credit, Puerto Quito agency” where the aim is to interpret the results obtained in the reinterpretation of the data addressed once the research project has been prepared, evaluating the most important elements in its management and credit processes of the Puerto Quito agency. the Puellaro Cooperative, followed by its execution, a qualitative and quantitative, deductive, descriptive, analytical-synthetic methodological design and three techniques of total relevance such as documentary analysis, survey and interview, on the other hand, as an instrument the statistical analysis was manipulated. Once the survey was carried out, in addition, among the main results obtained, it was possible to demonstrate the processes granted for the different credits offered by the entity and credit management results to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as necessary. Likewise, the discussion of the findings is presented in its feedback and substantiation of the real facts, presenting its conclusions once this scientific article has been prepared.
