IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT IN BUSINESS GROWTH

At present, accounting management plays an important role for the operation of companies, through the development of collection techniques, analysis, control and registration of operations related to income and expenses, in turn allows to know the financial situation of the business. The objective of this document is to analyze the implementation of accounting management and its influence on the business growth of Cable Hogar in the Junín canton, period 2019-2020. To do this, this mixed-focus research first collects information from primary and secondary sources related to the study variables. On the other hand, a structured interview has been carried out with company collaborators, which allowed them to learn about the accounting management and growth of Cable Hogar. The main results indicate the importance of an accounting system with adequate integrated modules, and a manual of management procedures. Finally, it is concluded that the organizational evaluation facilitates the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen accounting management and business growth.
