DIGITAL TOOLS AS AN INNOVATIVE LEARNING RESOURCE IN LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE STUDENTS

The objective of this article was to design a pedagogical proposal as an innovative learning resource in the area of Language and Literature with the application of digital tools. A mixed, descriptive, field and documentary approach methodology was applied. The techniques used were the observation of students, interviews with teachers and survey of parents, as instruments the observation sheet and questionnaire of questions. The population 421 students and 19 teachers, the intentional non-probabilistic type sample made up of 37 students, 37 parents and 2 teachers of the third basic year. The results showed that the application of digital tools is limited by teachers, therefore, children show low performance in Language and Literature. It is concluded that there is a need in the application of a pedagogical proposal as an innovative learning resource in the area of Language and Literature using digital tools.
