Abstract

The optimal management of educational administration becomes very important in alignment with science and technology. The main objective of the educational administration is to formulate, execute and evaluate educational policies. When carrying out administrative functions, there are a number of aspects that must be taken into account. The functions must be carried out in such a way that they are beneficial to the individuals and are capable of achieving the desired goals and objectives. Educational administration is considered indispensable and there are a number of factors that must be taken into account. There are various uses of ICT in the administration of higher learning institutions, for example, ICT can increase school efficiency and reduce unnecessary bureaucracy in school administration. On the other hand, with ICT, administrators can fulfill their duties by using computers and the Internet to solve school problems and carry out To carry out their daily task, especially in regard to having a system of reliable information, ICT can play an important role in reducing the workload of administrators and staff, especially in information analysis, such as analysis of student academic performance, thus saving a lot of time. In this sense, the objective of this review lies in compiling perspectives of the educational administration paradigm in the context of Information and Communication Technologies.
