INVESTMENT PROJECTS FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIC PLANNING OF MANABITAS UNIVERSITIES

This research provides a high-level professional article, with bibliographic content that was developed with deductive, synthetic, analytical and comparative methods, under the approach of Benjamin Bloom, that is, it not only tells the story, but also applies the indicated methods Among the main authors are Nassir Sapag, Reinaldo Sapag, Gabriel Baca Urbina, Janneth Vinán, Jennyfer Arroyo, Cliffor Gray and Erick Larson, whose contribution allows to base the model of control, monitoring and control of investment projects for educational institutions upper manabitas. A matrix was made with information and then a paraphrasing in a second moment with each of the topics, as well as case studies that had failed due to not having the application of a model. Several deductive pedagogical instruments are developed, which allow the reader to understand these models of control, monitoring and evaluation of investment projects through practical exercises, concept maps, diagrams, forms, formats, diagrams, among others.
