This research was made in order to determine how it influences the pedagogical training of teachers in the training of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the School of Nursing at the Technical University of Manabí. Vygotsky's analysis, which is based on the research experience of the author in all the concerning the pedagogical training of teachers and therefore the relationship in the professional training of students were used to their studious. To test the proposed objectives of the project through surveys asked teachers and students; plus an interview was conducted to authority and analysis of the results of the influence of the professional training of students of the School of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences was generated to validate the hypothesis; thus concluded that pedagogical training of teachers significantly influences the training of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the School of Nursing at the Technical University of Manabí.
