Abstract

The main objective of the research to analyze the management strategies based on the perspective of differentiation from the Ecuadorian context, showing as managerial descriptors findings product of the interpretation by the researchers; The approach method is qualitative and descriptive, as well as an inductive dimension with heuristic intentionality; For the collection of information, direct observation was used, as well as an in-depth interview with the President of the Ecuadorian Entrepreneurs Association (ANDE), as well as expert researchers and business consultants related to the topic addressed; the research supported its analysis strategy in part to the proposal given by the so-called Grounded Theory. Among the results / findings, managerial descriptors supported from the investigative interpretation become visible, as well as their triangulation with the definitions on managerial strategies, differentiation and concepts related to the blue ocean, all framed from the local. Among the conclusions presented is the need to incorporate holistic processes for the creation of new markets, as well as the design of management strategies based on an autonomous business management model, as well as the feasibility of applying emerging descriptors to facilitate the creation of new markets; all these elements considered from the hermeneutical analysis established by the research.
