Abstract

Today’s society is surrounded by constant changes and technological evolution. In the pedagogical process it is essential that the teacher design and apply methodologies that contribute to education and capture the interest of students. Hence, the use of new learning platforms where the content to be studied is combined with the use of different technological formats (audio, video and games) can help consolidate constructivist learning. The objective of this work is to analyze gamification as a didactic resource in the teaching of the Dr. "Miguel Moran Lucio" Educational Unit during the period 2021-2022. Methodologically, it was framed in a quantitative exploratory research with a non-experimental design. 98 students of the Technical High School of the Dr. "Miguel Moran Lucio" Educational Unit were taken as a population, leaving the sample made up of 29 students who were in the third year of the technical high school, to whom an electronic survey was applied under an elaborated form. with Google Docs. The results showed that teachers use gamification strategies in the teaching process and that students are attracted when this type of tool is used. It is concluded that gamification represents a very valuable strategy to promote the construction of learning.

Keywords: simulation game, open educational resources, teaching, motivation.

Información del manuscrito:
Fecha de recepción: 25 de mayo de 2022.
Fecha de aceptación: 29 de julio de 2022.
Fecha de publicación: 01 de agosto de 2022.
}, number={11 Ed. esp}, journal={REVISTA CIENTÍFICA MULTIDISCIPLINARIA ARBITRADA YACHASUN - ISSN: 2697-3456}, author={Sánchez-Mayorga, Kenny Gissela and Alcívar-Cedeño, Andrea}, year={2022}, month={ago.}, pages={2–18} }
