El objetivo de la investigación es determinar los niveles de resiliencia desarrollados por las mujeres transgéneros que reciben asistencia de las redes de apoyo del cantón Bolívar, Manabí, Ecuador. El enfoque investigativo es mixto, de estructura cualitativa y cuantitativa, se describe el estado situacional, mediante las técnicas inductivas y deductivas, se parte para la aplicación del Test SVRS-RES, y que mediante del uso del instrumento de la encuesta del INEC, se permite reconocer los estados actuales de la población investigada. Los resultados se direccionan a que las redes de apoyo a las que pertenecen las mujeres transgéneros realizan campañas de apoyo sobre temas en VIH, ejecutan proyectos que nacen de la misma población clave, y a su vez utilizan reuniones con los miembros de estas representaciones de la sociedad civil, para generar espacios seguros dentro de sus propios entornos. Los niveles de resilencia que se producen dentro de estas redes de apoyo, son las estrategias que brindan para la superación de problemas de discriminación, al poco acceso laboral y la concentración para erradicar la violencia de género que está concebida desde la construcción política, social y cultural.</p><p>Palabras clave: Nivel de resiliencia, Red de apoyo, Identidad de género.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The support network that perpetuates transgender women are social organizations that seek positive action mechanisms to generate a safe space in the face of the different contexts of discrimination that each of them have. The objective of the research is to determine the levels of resilience developed by transgender women who receive assistance from the support networks of the Bolívar canton, Manabí, Ecuador. The investigative approach is mixed, with a qualitative and quantitative structure, the situational state is described, through inductive and deductive techniques, it starts for the application of the SVRS-RES Test, and through the use of the INEC survey instrument, it is allows to recognize the current states of the investigated population. The results indicate that the support networks to which transgender women belong, carry out support campaigns on HIV issues, execute projects that are born from the same key population, and in turn use meetings with the members of these representations of the civil society, to generate safe spaces within their own environments.
